Shri Khamakodi Estates started with a simple idea: real estate and construction shouldn't feel confusing or risky. Based in West Mambalam, we've grown into a full-service Builder & Promoter working across Chennai — handling plots, farm land, agricultural land, flats, and houses for families who want a straightforward process and someone they can call directly.
We don't stop at the sale. New construction, renovation, architectural planning, and outer elevation design are handled in-house, and every piece of revenue work — land approval, building plan approval, and related documentation — is managed on your behalf. For property owners living outside India, we also provide ongoing maintenance and updates, so distance never becomes a liability.
